Dahi Phuchka is one of the delicious crispy food in Kolkata.
Many people likes it so much,specially School students and College students.Basically,it is a street food...but it also available in any high class cafe.It's price is avordable. It is more tasty than normal Phuchka. Here I have described how to make Dahi Phuchka. #dahiphuchka
Ingredient of Dahi Phuchka-
1. 4 Potatos 7. 4 pieces of Chili
2. 3 Green Chilis 8. 1/2 cup Chat Masala
3. 1 teaspoon sugar 9. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
4. 1 Small Onion 10. 1 medium size Tomato
5. 1 cup Curd 11. 3 pinch salt
6. 25 Phuchka 12. Coriander leaf
How you can make Dahi Phuchka in your home
1st step- To prepare Dahi Phuchka...You need to boil all the potatoes in a pressure cooker which you have selected. Then take out peel from those potatoes properly and mush it.
2nd step- Then mix cumin powder, red chili powder and chat masala to the mashed potatoes properly.
3rd step- Then tomato,green chilis and onion cut into a very small pieces.
4th step- In a bowl curd,salt and sugar mix it properly.
5th step- In a plate,arrange all the phuchkas and make a hole in the center of each of them.Filled with mashed potato and chopped vegetables.Top them up with the curd,salt and sugar mixture. Pour the Coriander leaf chutney on the top using a spoon.
Last step- Serve it properly on a center table.
