Dalgona Coffee

                A Taste of Dalgona Coffee Dalgona Coffee is a sweet tasty milky coffee. Many people likes it so much. Here I have written how to prepare Dalgona Coffee. Ingredients- 2 tablespoons instant coffee 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons lukewarm water 1 cup milk Some Ice Cubes How to Prepare- At first you need to take a bowl and mix equal quantities of coffee,sugar and lukewarm water with a spoon.  Then you take a hand blender,blend the coffee mixture until it is light and creamy. This might take 5 to 7 minutes.Or you can blend it with a spoon,it will take little longer time(15 to 20 minutes). After that you need to take a glass and add ice cubes as required. Then pour chilled milk into that glass and spread the mixture over the milk. Now sprinkle some coffee/cocoa powder for garnishing and serve.... Dalgona Coffee ... ❤❤❤

Lemon Tea

               Delicious Cup of Salted Lemon Tea Lemon tea is a very common drink in India. Many People likes it so much. Lemon tea is generally consumed in evening. Here I have written how to prepare Lemon tea. Ingredients- Tea leaf Lemon Black salt  Water   How to Prepare- Take 1 cup of water and boil.Boil it till bubbles come up. Then switch off the flame and add some tea leaf  and covered the bowl with a lid.Keep it for few minutes. After 2-3 minutes as beautiful aroma comes out.That means tea is ready.Then strain it and pour into the cup. Then add 1 tea spoon lemon juice and add a pinch of black salt to it.And stir it with a spoon. Lemon tea is ready and serve it... Lemon Tea ...❤❤❤

                Tasteful Drink of Sweet Dahi  Lassi Lassi  is a popular dahi based drink in India.Many people likes it so much.It is enjoyed all around the year,but it is most preferred during summer days.Different types of lassies are available in India such as Dahi based lassi,Mango lassi,Chocolate lassi,Strawberry lassi,Banana lassi,Mint lassi etc.But here I have discussed about sweet normal dahi-based lassi. Ingredients- 3 cups fresh curd(dahi) 2 cups sugar(crushed sugar powder) as required 1 spoon of Cardamoms 1 spoon of crushed Cashew 3  table spoons of fresh cream 1/2 table spoon of black salt 1/2 table spoon of normal salt Water How to make Dahi Lassi- At first you need to whisk fresh curd perfectly in a bowl.                   Dainty Glass of Aam - Panna Aam Panna  is a very refreshing drink.Many people likes it so much. Aam Panna drink mainly serves in occasion house... Ingredients - Raw mangoes – 4 Pieces  Fresh Lime – 1/4 cup Roasted Powder of Cumin – 1/2 tea spoon Sugar – 1.5 cup Black salt – 3 tea spoon Water – 7 cup How to make- At first you have to Wash and dry the raw mangoes, using a fork and prick it all over. Then you roast all mangoes over direct heat for 12 minutes Then peel the skin, cool and you use your hands to pull out all the pulp. Take the pulp in a blender, add sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder, mint and blend to make a paste. Add water and blend again for 2 minutes. Then you need to keep it refrigerator for 2 hours and 30 minutes.   After that pour it in glasses and serve....
